If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the packaging and item can help us investigate.

Returns

For safety, quality, and product integrity reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Refunds

If we approve a refund, it will generally be issued to the original payment method after review. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you about the appropriate refund.
